Profile Overview:
I have been a Site manager for the last 7 years. I have completed 4 developments from inception to completion as a number 1. The largest being 42 R.C frame mixed use scheme in Isleworth for a social housing client. The most prestigious unit handed over was one of 3 Luxury houses in Cobham Surrey where 1 unit broke the 2 million mark.

Although a carpenter by background I take a keen interest in the financial aspect of all my developments and treat materials and resources as if they were my own. I won a NHBC “pride in the job” in 2004 and am hungry for the taste of success again.

My greatest working achievement was none of the other sites mention but a small scheme of 8 flats in Clapham. We build on the complete footprint of the site with party walls either side. With restricted access, storage and technical difficulties this site was the greatest challenge I’ve ever overcome.

Career Aspirations:
My career ambition is to become a Construction Director of a luxury based housebuilder. To reach this goal I feel that I need to move away from working under one bubble to oversee several.
